Role Description As an AI&ML Engineer at Kredmint Technologies Private Limited, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that support core products and internal tools. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with datasets to perform preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training, while evaluating performance and iterating on model architectures. You will implement algorithms in production-ready code, collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into applications, and optimize systems for speed, reliability, and scalability. The role includes researching new approaches in AI and ML, conducting experiments, and documenting methods and results for technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, requiring close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Statistics for designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks, deep learning frameworks, and modern ML architectures.
Ability to design and implement efficient Algorithms for AI/ML workloads and large-scale data processing.
Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python), and relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, and version control tools (e.g., Git), along with basic knowledge of cloud or container technologies.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Analytical mindset, ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
