Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Executive role based in Eluru. The Information Technology Executive will oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems across the office. Responsibilities include providing technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, and managing user accounts, permissions, and data backups in line with security policies. The role involves monitoring network performance, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and implementing updates, patches, and system enhancements. The IT Executive will also assist in technology planning, maintain documentation of IT assets and procedures, and support compliance with relevant IT and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve hardware, software, and user issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess Network Administration and IT Operations skills to manage infrastructure, monitor performance, and maintain system reliability.
Candidates should possess broad Information Technology knowledge to support enterprise applications, security practices, and data management.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, backup strategies, and compliance requirements for handling sensitive data.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
