Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Bokaro. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school activities and meetings, communicating regularly with parents or guardians, and supporting students’ academic and personal development. The Teacher is expected to uphold the school’s values and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with a solid understanding of classroom instruction and learner-centered methodologies.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to guide students and support their academic and personal growth.
Relevant teaching qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, and any required local certifications.
Ability to manage classrooms, adapt teaching methods to different learning needs, and use basic educational technology.
Prior teaching experience in school settings is preferred, along with a commitment to inclusivity, ethics, and continuous professional development.
