Job Description:
An Entrepreneurial driven person with 10+ years of experience in dealing with Indian/US/European Geography and handling Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers of automotive industry.
Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients & leading the sales team.
Should have experience of selling services and solution in the engineering services domain, understanding of product development lifecycle for automotive embedded electronics is plus.
What Role & Responsibility to Expect:
To catalyze the business development in Indian/US region, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies.
Study various verticals, identify potential customers and generate leads.
Lead the sales team for overall unit growth Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion Track against targets and budget
Meet the profitability, revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction.
Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision-making process
Assist in marketing and pre-sales activities.
