Role Description The Internship Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. Trainees will support project teams with day-to-day tasks such as collecting site data, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with supervisors and site staff. Responsibilities may include maintaining basic records, helping monitor construction progress, and supporting quality and safety checks under guidance. Interns will also assist with preparing reports, organizing project files, and learning standard procedures in construction and project management. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the construction industry and build foundational professional skills.
Qualifications
Ability to learn and apply basic construction or engineering concepts, with an interest in the building and real estate sector.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and following instructions carefully.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with site staff, supervisors, and office personnel.
Attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset when working on-site and handling project-related tasks.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Jodhpur and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
