Role Description The Dialysis Technician will perform and monitor dialysis treatments for patients, ensuring safe and effective operation of dialysis equipment in accordance with clinical protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining dialysis machines, setting up treatment stations, and monitoring patients’ vital signs and treatment responses throughout each session. The role involves assisting with patient care before, during, and after dialysis, documenting procedures and observations accurately, and coordinating with nurses and physicians regarding patient status and any concerns. The technician will also ensure proper infection control practices, maintain a clean and organized treatment area, and provide clear, respectful communication to patients and their families. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills and experience in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures.
Candidates should possess strong Patient Care skills, including compassionate interaction and patient support during treatment.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to dialysis treatment and associated conditions.
Candidates should possess the ability to accurately measure, interpret, and document Vital Signs.
Formal training or certification as a Dialysis Technician or equivalent paramedical qualification.
Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in nephrology or renal care.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards in a dialysis unit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow detailed clinical instructions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to non-discriminatory, respectful patient care.
