Senior Data Operations Analyst

Role Overview:
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for executing Business As Usual (BAU) production tasks with expert-level proficiency. This includes advanced data coding, data matching, and comprehensive quality checks. You will play a key role in stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery, and leading investigations into data issues. Your analytical capabilities will be critical in identifying outliers in pricing, sales, and market trends, while your end-to-end quality control expertise will ensure the integrity of both product features and pricing data. You are expected to proactively suggest improvements and corrections to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform expert-level BAU production tasks:
Data Coding: Apply complex and nuanced coding logic across multiple product categories.
Data Matching: Ensure high accuracy matching across diverse data sources.
Quality Checks: Conduct end-to-end validation of product features and pricing.
Apply analytical thinking to identify outliers and anomalies in pricing, sales, and market trends.
Proactively suggest corrections and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Maintain high standards of data integrity and consistency throughout the production cycle.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to:
Implement requested changes in data.
Clarify and resolve data-related queries.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data outputs in alignment with SLAs.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any data errors or delivery issues, and drive resolution.
Document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly and consistently.
Support cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members when needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Education:
· Bachelor’s/ master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
