Event Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Event Marketing Manager based in India.
As an Event Marketing Manager, you will own the planning and execution of a diverse event programme across industry conferences, trade fairs, private gatherings, and digital events.
You will manage events from initial research and concept development through logistics, on-site execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
The role combines strategic event sourcing with highly hands-on coordination across multiple initiatives and deadlines.
You will create engaging roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, meetups, webinars, and partner events that bring target audiences and business stakeholders together.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership, you will ensure each event supports broader go-to-market objectives and generates meaningful opportunities.
You will also prepare teams with clear briefings, materials, talking points, and execution plans while maintaining a smooth attendee experience.
