Compensation: $2,000–$6,000 USD/month
We’re looking for an AI Tool R&D Team Member who is genuinely passionate about generative AI and enjoys experimenting with newly released tools, testing what they can do, and turning promising technologies into practical workflows.
This is a hands-on R&D role for someone who constantly explores new AI products, quickly understands their capabilities, and can identify ways to apply them to real-world content and social media workflows.
What You’ll Do
Research and test newly released generative AI tools.
Identify practical, real-world use cases for emerging AI technologies.
Build and improve advanced AI workflows.
Experiment with new AI tools and determine how they can improve existing processes.
Solve workflow and content-related problems creatively and efficiently.
Develop AI-powered solutions that support high-performing social media teams.
Stay up to date with developments in generative AI and rapidly adapt to new tools.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience working with generative AI tools.
Experience developing or improving AI workflows.
Strong interest in testing and researching newly launched AI products.
Ability to identify useful applications for new AI technologies.
Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Fast learner who can quickly test ideas and turn them into practical solutions.
English B2 or higher.
