What We’re Looking For
An experienced Product Designer who’s:
Comfortable working solo or as part of a small design pod
Deeply familiar with B2B SaaS UX patterns, particularly in complex or AI-first workflows
Able to think in systems - information architecture, design systems, modular UI
Fast and self-managed - you can take a brief and run with it
Obsessed with clarity - not just in visuals, but also in how products communicate with users
Your Role
As our freelance design partner, you’ll:
Collaborate with founders or product leads on 1–2 active projects/month
Take ownership of flows: from audit → UX thinking → wireframes → clean UI
Simplify messy interfaces (dashboards, onboarding, workflows, etc.)
Create scalable, dev-friendly design systems when needed
Sometimes contribute to product strategy, copy suggestions, and UX thinking
Requirements
2+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS
A portfolio showing clean, thoughtful work (especially complex flows)
Fluent in Figma, components, variables, and auto-layout best practices
Bonus: You’ve designed for AI or data-heavy tools (CRMs, dashboards, etc.)
Bonus: Experience working async with lean teams or startups
