Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical Program Managers from IITs to drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional programs, and ensure seamless execution of projects. Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs.
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams.
• Facilitate alignment of goals and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
3. Process & Strategy Development
• Build and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in defining program roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
4. Stakeholder Management
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving & Innovation
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to product and program strategies with fresh perspectives.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA from IITs (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, internships, or projects.
