Role Description This is a full-time, Inside Sales Associate role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Associate will identify and engage potential customers, present product offerings, and support clients in selecting appropriate instruments for their needs. Daily activities include conducting sales visits or calls, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support, as well as participating in product demonstrations or basic technical discussions. The Sales Associate will be expected to meet sale activities , build long-term customer relationships, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
