About Us:
Malabar Pharma, located in the heart of Govindapuram, Calicut, is expanding our healthcare team. We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to join us in delivering exceptional community pharmacy services. We are hiring for two distinct positions: Registered Pharmacists and Medical Sales & Operations Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Registered Pharmacist:
Accurately dispensing prescription medications and verifying dosages.
Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and maintaining inventory.
Providing expert health, medication guidance, and customer care.
2. Medical Sales & Operations Staff:
Managing day-to-day retail store operations, customer billing, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) products.
Medicine Delivery: Ensuring timely and safe local delivery of medicines to patients and customers when required.
Purchase Collection: Visiting local stockists/distributors to collect purchases, restock inventory, and manage material procurement.
Driving store sales and delivering stellar customer service.
Requirements & Qualifications:
For Pharmacist Role: Valid pharmacy registration with D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualifications, along with a sound knowledge of medicines.
For Sales & Operations Role:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in Malayalam and English is required).
A valid two-wheeler driving license (essential for delivery and purchase collection duties).
Reliable, energetic, and possess a customer-first attitude.
Experience: Prior retail pharmacy, sales, or delivery/errand handling experience is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers are also welcome to apply.
