Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist (Commission only) is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that promote Artbeak’s web design services. Day-to-day tasks include building and segmenting email lists, designing campaign flows, writing and scheduling email content, and setting up automated sequences to nurture leads. The specialist will monitor campaign metrics, run A/B tests, and refine strategies based on performance data to increase engagement and conversions. This role also involves close collaboration with sales and design teams to align messaging, support lead generation efforts, and drive measurable revenue on a commission-only basis.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools, with experience setting up campaigns, workflows, and segmentation.
Strong Marketing Analytics skills to track key metrics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Lead Generation experience, including building email lists, designing nurture journeys, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
Excellent Communication skills for crafting clear, persuasive email copy and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in digital services or web design, with a portfolio or examples of past campaigns.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance-based targets on a commission-only structure.
Familiarity with GDPR and other email compliance best practices, including opt-in, unsubscribe management, and data privacy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
