Motion & Creative Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion & Creative Designer with 0–2 year of experience who is passionate about motion graphics, visual storytelling, social media content and digital design.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a strong eye for design, typography, composition and animation. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good creative skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Design
* Create engaging motion graphics, animations and short-form videos for digital platforms.
* Design and animate social media Reels, promotional videos, explainers, product videos and campaign assets.
* Animate typography, illustrations, icons, graphics and brand elements.
* Edit video footage, add transitions, music, sound effects and motion graphics.
* Create different video adaptations and formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
* Follow brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across motion assets.
* Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual stories.
Creative & Social Media Design
* Create engaging static and animated creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
* Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails and campaign creatives.
* Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and brand communication.
* Create digital advertisements and promotional assets.
* Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layout and overall brand identity.
* Stay updated with current design, motion, video and social media trends.
* Make design improvements based on feedback and performance requirements.
Required Skills
* Good hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
* Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
* Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, composition and colour.
* Basic understanding of motion design principles such as timing, transitions, easing and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
* Wilingness to work in a first pace inviorment.
