About The Role
SS&C Skyline is a leading property management and accounting software platform trusted by commercial and residential real estate organizations to streamline leasing, accounting, and operational workflows. As a Consultant on the SS&C Skyline team, you will serve as a client-facing advisor, delivering operational, analytical, business, technology, and project management consulting services to real estate clients navigating business transformation initiatives.

How You Will Make An Impact
BPO client services and SaaS deployments including onboarding of companies, properties, units and tenants
Manage and provide strategic guidance on full life-cycle implementations
Consolidated financial reporting package
Bank reconciliations
Track/report fixed assets
Lease management
AP processing utilizing third party processor
Document operational processes
Utilize F-9 Cumulus Report Writer
Required Experience
Previous experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, MRI Property Management Software
Experience as a Property Accountant in Commercial and Residential Properties
Three years of Property Accounting experience
Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
