Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navsari for a Mathematics Teacher and NCC (National Cadet Corps) Teacher. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and assess student learning through tests, assignments, and examinations. The role includes maintaining classroom discipline, providing academic support, and using appropriate teaching methods to address diverse learning needs. As an NCC Teacher, responsibilities include organizing NCC drills and training, mentoring cadets, coordinating NCC-related activities and camps, and promoting values such as discipline, leadership, and teamwork. The teacher will participate in staff meetings, parent interactions, school events, and contribute to overall student development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
Candidates should be a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certification or degree.
Candidates should ideally have experience or training related to NCC activities, student mentoring, and co-curricular coordination.
Candidates should possess effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Prior teaching experience at school level and familiarity with local educational standards will be an advantage.
