Role Description The Principal (MBA) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the AOM campus in Bhopal. The Principal oversees academic programs, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and drives the strategic development of the institution. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, guiding curriculum development, monitoring teaching quality, and fostering a learner-centric environment. The role involves managing admissions and academic administration, promoting research and industry engagement, and strengthening partnerships with the university, regulatory bodies, and corporate collaborators. The Principal is also responsible for budgeting related to academic activities, maintaining discipline and standards, and representing the institute in external academic and professional forums.
Qualifications
Strong academic leadership, strategic planning, and institutional management skills, with experience in leading MBA or management programs.
Expertise in curriculum design, pedagogy, and academic quality assurance, including familiarity with AICTE and university regulations.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, including collaboration with faculty, staff, students, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
Advanced communication, mentorship, and conflict-resolution skills to guide teams, support student development, and maintain a constructive campus climate.
Demonstrated ability in research promotion, industry interface, and fostering innovation and professional development among faculty and learners.
Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution; Ph.D. in Management or related discipline is highly preferred.
Significant prior experience in academic administration (such as Principal, Dean, Director, or Head of Department) in a recognized management or professional institute.
