Experience in Airline Reservation / Ticketing / Travel Industry will be an advantage
Good communication skills in English & Tamil
💻 Required Skills
Domestic & International Airline Reservation
Air Ticketing & PNR Handling
Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre GDS knowledge
Fare Calculation & Fare Rules
Ticket Issuance, Reissue & Cancellation
Refund & Rescheduling
Customer Handling & Travel Assistance
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
📋 Job Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations
Create and manage PNRs
Issue, reissue, cancel and refund airline tickets
Check flight schedules, availability and fares
Assist customers with booking-related queries
Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers
Maintain accurate booking and ticketing records
Provide excellent customer service
💰 Salary
Experienced: ₹40,000/- per month
Freshers: ₹15,000/- per month
Salary may vary based on experience and skills.
