Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing The Gharvana’s presence across social media platforms through consistent, brand-aligned content and audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating social media posts, managing content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data and insights. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to showcase projects, highlight services, and communicate brand values, while responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner. The Specialist will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, such as running paid campaigns, improving online visibility, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice across channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation, including copywriting, basic design coordination, and storytelling for visual and written content.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including audience targeting, basic SEO/SEM awareness, and campaign optimization.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional client interaction, and collaboration with internal teams.
Relevant experience managing social media accounts for brands in construction, real estate, or related industries is beneficial.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and paid social advertising is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business needs.
