Junior CRO Specialist — eCommerce

CRO Gurus is looking for a Junior CRO Specialist with genuine interest and hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization.
You’ll support senior CRO consultants with research, analysis, audits, experimentation, and clearly defined client-delivery work. You’ll learn across the full CRO lifecycle while receiving review and guidance as you develop.
This is a CRO-first role, not a general digital marketing position. You won’t be managing paid ads, social media, SEO, or content marketing.
What you’ll do
- Analyze GA4 data, user behaviour, customer research, and other CRO evidence.
- Identify conversion barriers and eCommerce opportunities.
- Support website audits and help develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Turn findings into clear hypotheses, test ideas, and prioritized actions.
- Assist with A/B test preparation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare client-ready findings and support senior consultants on client calls.
- Complete defined research and delivery assignments under senior review.
- Keep your assigned tasks, deadlines, and project records up to date.
- Check your work carefully before it reaches a client.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of CRO, eCommerce optimization, analytics, UX research, or experimentation experience, or a strong portfolio of CRO projects.
- Practical understanding of conversion research, website analysis, and hypothesis development.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
- Experience working with Shopify.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Clear reasoning, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in CRO.
Your experience may come from employment, freelance work, internships, or substantial personal projects. What matters is that you can show how you have used evidence to identify conversion problems and develop recommendations or experiments.
Useful but not essential
- Experience with heatmapping, session-recording, survey, or user-research tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and experiment analysis.
- Experience using Asana or a similar project-management tool.
- Confidence presenting findings or participating in client meetings.
