Make a Difference in the Lives of Young Adults St. Joseph’s Villa is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Youth Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to join our Flagler Housing & Homeless Services team. This position supports young adults ages 18–24 who are experiencing homelessness by helping them secure permanent housing and develop the skills, resources, and stability needed to remain successfully housed.
