Role Description
● Create, manage, and moderate WhatsApp groups and communities for bootcamps
and programs
● Handle daily posting, announcements, reminders, and discussions
● Track and report community engagement and participation
● Ensure smooth communication between learners and internal teams
● In the future, manage and support additional community management platforms beyond WhatsApp
● Strong work ethic, goal orientation, and willingness to work flexible hours when required.
