RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR

THE ROLE
Keep our recruitment engine running at full speed — owning ATS administration, candidate database health, and TA reporting so the team can focus on what matters most: hiring great people.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own day-to-day administration across multiple ATS platforms (including Ashby) — keeping pipelines clean, data accurate, and requisitions current
- Grow into the team's Ashby power user, building automations, workflows, and documentation that cut manual effort and sharpen the whole TA function
- Manage and optimise the global candidate database, maintaining GDPR compliance, strong data quality, and talent pools ready to activate
- Produce regular TA reports on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness — clear, consistent, and stakeholder-ready
- Keep job templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation accurate, on-brand, and easy to use
- Support TA projects end-to-end — coordinating timelines, stakeholder input, and rollouts of new tools and processes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on ATS administration experience — you know what good pipeline hygiene and data integrity look like in a busy recruitment operation
- Ability to work with data and produce clean, accurate reports that non-technical stakeholders can actually use
- A track record managing and segmenting candidate databases with a strong eye for GDPR and privacy compliance
- Comfortable juggling multiple systems and building process documentation others can follow
- Ashby experience is a real advantage — or a proven ability to become a power user of a new platform fast
- Direct communicator who takes accountability seriously and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
