Job Title: Senior Product Business Analyst (B2B SaaS)
Type: Short-term Contract
Location: Remote
We are building a complex B2B SaaS platform and are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst who can translate high-level ideas into structured, execution-ready documentation.
This role requires someone who can quickly understand verbally explained concepts, extract the underlying logic, and convert them into clear, detailed, and usable product documentation.
You will work closely with the team through live discussions and working sessions. The ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and capture complete workflows with accuracy is critical.
This is not a note-taking role. You are expected to think critically, identify gaps, and help refine the system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert high-level concepts and verbally explained workflows into detailed functional specifications
• Create end-to-end workflows including happy paths, edge cases, and exception handling
• Develop clear workflow diagrams and process maps
• Map complete user journeys across multiple touchpoints and lifecycle stages
• Create low-fidelity wireframes to clearly define screen layouts, user flows, key components, and functional requirements for designers and developers
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across features and modules
• Define role-based access, permissions, and system behaviors (RBAC)
• Define role-based dashboards, including what each user type sees, key actions, and decision-making views
• Design and structure KPI-driven dashboard components such as summary cards, activity metrics, and performance indicators aligned with product goals
• Translate workflows into clear, trackable system outputs and measurable indicators
• Ensure all features are aligned with visibility, reporting, and operational decision-making needs
• Exposure to AI-assisted product features or automation-driven systems is a plus
• Ability to think in terms of scalable, automation-ready workflows
• Build structured data dictionaries and logical data models
• Define system interactions and high-level data flows between components
• Identify automation rules, triggers, and system dependencies
• Define key product metrics and ensure workflows align with measurable outcomes
• Translate product flows into clear data capture and tracking requirements
• Write detailed acceptance criteria for development teams
• Break down features into structured, prioritized deliverables
• Produce clear, structured documentation ready for designers and developers
• Maintain and update all documentation in live shared documents
• Support validation and testing by ensuring delivered features match documented requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
• Strong background in B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven experience documenting complex, multi-module systems end-to-end
• Strong system thinking with the ability to connect workflows across features
• Strong experience translating product workflows into dashboards, reporting structures, and KPI-driven views
• Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and outcomes
• Ability to work with minimal handholding and bring structure to ambiguity
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to quickly capture and structure verbally explained workflows
• Strong critical thinking with the confidence to question, refine, and improve ideas
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) — must be able to clearly articulate and document complex ideas
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on clarity, completeness, and accuracy

• This is not a UI/UX or coding role
• Work will be driven through live discussions and collaborative working sessions
• Speed with accuracy is critical — the ability to capture and structure complex ideas in real-time is essential
