Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sanitation Worker. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across production and storage areas, with particular attention to supplement and ingredient handling processes. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, workspaces, and waste disposal areas, following established sanitation schedules and procedures. You will monitor adherence to food safety protocols, document sanitation activities, and report any issues or hazards to supervisors. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support safe operations and participating in ongoing training to stay current with sanitation and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Safety and Food & Beverage knowledge, including familiarity with industry hygiene standards.
Candidates should possess Sanitation skills, including experience with cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment sanitation.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, follow instructions, and report issues clearly.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures and support onboarding of new team members.
Previous experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or food production environments is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting productivity and safety expectations.
Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications in food safety or sanitation are a plus.
