Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Manual Testing Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure product quality through manual testing. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, careful monitoring of platform workflows, and thorough validation of web and mobile application features. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both operational responsibilities and quality assurance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Operations
Manage day-to-day operational activities across the platform
Monitor workflows, reports, uploads, and admin panel processes
Maintain operational trackers, records, and status updates
Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issues
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
Support content flow management and operational escalations
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks
Manual Testing
Perform manual testing of web, Android, and iOS applications
Validate new features, bug fixes, and release updates
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists
Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps
Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Re-test resolved issues and confirm successful implementation
Verify UI, functionality, and end-to-end user flows
Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across modules
Required Skills and Competencies
Good understanding of manual testing processes and defect reporting
Familiarity with web and mobile application testing
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage operational and testing responsibilities simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Ability to work in a structured and process-driven manner
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or manual testing
Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
Experience working with admin panels, digital platforms, or content-based applications will be an advantage
Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Capable of handling repetitive validation tasks with high accuracy
Strong team player with the ability to coordinate across functions
Work Requirement
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Candidates must be available to work from the office in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Remote work or work-from-home is not applicable for this role.
