ONWARDSHR acts as a bridge between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and SAP ECC Payroll to facilitate a smooth employee separation process. Employee exit-related data is transferred from SF EC to ONWARDSHR, where relevant F&F calculations and validations are performed. The finalized F&F amounts are subsequently sent to SAP ECC for accurate payroll processing.
The AMS Lead will own the production support, incident management, payroll validation, interface monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the ONWARDSHR landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
ONWARDSHR AMS
Lead end-to-end ONWARDSHR application support and maintenance.
Own production incidents, service requests, defects, and minor enhancements.
Ensure application issues are resolved within agreed SLA/KPI timelines.
Monitor the complete employee-exit processing cycle through ONWARDSHR.
Analyze and resolve issues impacting F&F processing and downstream payroll.
Coordinate with technical, functional, integration, and payroll teams for issue resolution.
SF EC → ONWARDSHR → ECC Integration
Manage and support the employee data flow from SuccessFactors Employee Central to ONWARDSHR and subsequently to SAP ECC.
Monitor interfaces, inbound/outbound files, data transfers, jobs, and integration failures.
Troubleshoot employee data discrepancies between SF EC, ONWARDSHR, and ECC.
Validate critical employee exit data such as:
Termination date
Last working date
Employee status
Company/Personnel area
Organizational data
Payroll-related master data
Absence/leave information
Compensation and deduction-related information
Coordinate with integration teams for interface failures and data transmission issues.
