Position Overview We are seeking experienced Federal EEO Investigators to conduct impartial administrative investigations of discrimination complaints in support of a federal Equal Opportunity Office. Each Investigator will independently plan and execute federal-sector EEO investigations, gather documentary and testimonial evidence, conduct witness interviews, develop investigative plans, and prepare complete Reports of Investigation (ROIs) consistent with 29 CFR Part 1614 and EEOC MD-110. In addition, each Investigator must have demonstrated experience drafting federal-sector EEO Acceptance/Dismissal Letters and Final Agency Decisions (FADs).
