✅About the Role
Our client, a restaurant based in Niagara Falls, Canada, is seeking an experienced Food Services Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will supervise daily food service operations, support staff, maintain service standards, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
✅Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
* Assist with daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling.
* Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
* Train and support new and existing employees.
* Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
* Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
* Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies when required.
* Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food service regulations.
* Support the restaurant manager with day-to-day operational activities.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant food service or restaurant supervisory experience.
* Previous experience supervising or leading food service staff.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Working proficiency in English.
IELTS Band 6 is preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to relocate to Niagara Falls, Canada once the required visa/work authorization has been processed.
