We are seeking a senior Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud Architect and Practice Leader to build and lead a new CDP capability. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong architecture expertise, consulting leadership, client engagement, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud implementations.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Develop innovative Pharma HCP and Patient Portal use cases and industry solutions.
Drive integration across the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise technology landscape.
Lead RFPs, solutioning, commercial discussions, proposals, and deal constructs.
Build and scale the CDP capability, including people, processes, offerings, and delivery standards.
Provide executive-level leadership, mentoring, and direction to architects and delivery teams.
Identify new opportunities and contribute to account growth, practice development, and go-to-market strategy.
Represent the organization confidently with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders.
