Mid-Level PHP Developer

Job Description: We are seeking Mid-Level PHP Developers to join our team on a 12-month project. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend of a modern web application, writing clean, testable code, and integrating with various third-party services. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and other team members to deliver high-quality features.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain server-side application logic using modern PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony).
Design and build robust RESTful APIs for frontend consumption.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
Collaborate on database schema design and optimization with a focus on relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control (Git).
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in existing applications.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in PHP development.
Strong proficiency in modern PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony is a must).
Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization.
Proficient with version control (Git).
Experience with automated testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest, etc.).
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
