HR Sales Intern

We’re Hiring: HR Sales Intern – AI-Assisted HR Products
Sperta is looking for a motivated HR Sales Intern to support the promotion of our AI-assisted HR and Recruitment Diagnostic products.
This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, consulting, B2B sales and AI-enabled business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients
• Reach out to HR leaders, recruitment agencies and business decision-makers
• Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email and calls
• Introduce Sperta’s AI-assisted HR and Recruitment Performance Diagnostic solutions
• Schedule meetings and support sales follow-ups
• Maintain prospect and outreach records
• Assist with market research and campaign activities
What We’re Looking For:
• Graduate / MBA / HR / Marketing student or recent graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach and client interaction
• Interest in HR technology, consulting and AI-assisted solutions
• Self-driven and willing to learn B2B sales
Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based internship opportunity. Earnings will be linked to successful lead conversion and business generated. The role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with a performance-driven sales environment.
