About the Role
Counsellia is expanding, and we are looking for passionate, team-oriented volunteers to help drive our mission, destigmatise youth mental health, and grow our online community. We are filling openings across three creative tracks:
Social Media Handler: Manage day-to-day channel operations, posting schedules, and community interaction.
Content Writer & Storywriter: Craft compelling narratives, articles, and mental health educational pieces.
Graphic Designer & Infographer: Design visually engaging assets, carousels, and data visualisations to simplify complex mental health topics.
Key Responsibilities
Produce visual, written, and social content tailored for youth mental health advocacy.
Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate research, content ideation, and production workflows.
Work collaboratively with remote team members and project coordinators to execute campaigns.
Engage directly with our online audience to foster a safe, supportive community.
Qualifications
High proficiency with digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc) and social media management platforms.
Hands-on experience using AI toolsets (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva Magic Studio) to enhance output quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Demonstrable interest or background in social media management, creative writing, or visual design.
Practical familiarity with AI productivity tools.
Excellent communication skills with a team-first mindset in a remote setup.
Genuine dedication to mental health awareness and social impact.
