Role Description The Creator Partnerships Associate is a part-time, remote role focused on identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with content creators across various platforms. This role involves researching potential creator partners, conducting outreach, and managing ongoing communication to support mutually beneficial collaborations. The Associate will help evaluate partnership opportunities, support negotiation of basic terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include tracking partnership performance, preparing simple reports, maintaining an organized database of creator contacts, and suggesting improvements to partnership strategies. The role requires consistent collaboration through virtual meetings, timely follow-up with creators, and adherence to brand guidelines and partnership policies.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess creator performance, interpret basic data, and support decision-making for partnership opportunities.
Experience working with partnerships, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing creator relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with creators and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Knowledge of strategic partnerships and sales principles to support negotiation, value proposition development, and pipeline growth.
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer or creator ecosystems, and digital content trends.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Comfort using online collaboration tools and CRM or tracking systems to maintain organized records.
Relevant experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
