TEAM
As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Talent Acquisition teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.
You will work hand in hand with our Growth team, which is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).
You will be working on highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high-performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world.
ROLE
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Growth team. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple Growth disciplines, to scale our on-site teams as we expand our Istanbul office.
- Drive end-to-end recruiting across Growth roles, managing pipelines from sourcing to close for profiles like UA, Creative Strategy, Artists, Developers.
- Activate your network in Türkiye's gaming ecosystem to surface passive talent and go beyond conventional channels — events, communities, referrals, unconventional sourcing
- Own local outreach with personalized, culturally resonant messaging that makes Voodoo stand out in the Turkish gaming market
- Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, and closing, while keeping the global TA team informed on local market dynamics and candidate sentiment
- Continuously map the competitive landscape and help strengthen Voodoo's employer brand on the ground in Istanbul
PROFILE
- Solid hiring experience in the gaming industry in Türkiye, with a genuine understanding of local studios, talent pools, and market dynamics
- A natural connector with creative, relentless sourcing instincts — no waiting for inbounds
- Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English, able to engage candidates locally and collaborate with a global team
- Autonomous and rigorous, with strong organizational skills and structured ways of working
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
