Role Description The Vice President of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Andes Capital’s wealth management and financial advisory offerings. This position oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring products meet client and market needs. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives, guiding cross-functional teams, defining key performance metrics, and making data-informed decisions. The role also involves managing product portfolios, prioritizing features and enhancements, coordinating with technology and operations teams, and representing product priorities in stakeholder discussions. The Vice President will mentor product managers, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product roadmaps and lifecycle management.
Advanced Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, performance tracking, and decision-making.
Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Solid Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute complex initiatives across multiple teams.
Extensive experience in financial services, wealth management, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and across time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
