Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hubli, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of For Automobile Firm. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, ensuring the company’s financial health and alignment with strategic objectives. Daily responsibilities include supervising the preparation of financial statements, monitoring financial performance, and providing data-driven insights to the executive team. The role involves leading the finance department, maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders. The CFO will also contribute to business planning, evaluate investment opportunities, and support decision-making for growth initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in corporate financial management and strategy.
Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and resource allocation.
Ability to prepare, interpret, and review Financial Statements and related documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Experience in Financial Reporting, including statutory reporting, management reports, and stakeholder communication.
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA are an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a mid- to large-size organization, preferably within manufacturing or automotive.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to the automotive sector.
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools, with the ability to improve processes and controls.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Hubli and collaborate across departments.
