Senior Structural Engineer (5–8 Years) — Remote, Bangalore
MA Consulting Services Pvt Ltd (MACS) · Full-time · Remote (with site visits in Bangalore)
MACS is a Hyderabad-headquartered structural engineering consultancy working on high-rise residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. We are expanding our work in Bangalore with clients including Godrej, My Home Constructions, Century Builders and RMZ, and are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to support this growth.
About the role
This is a work-from-home position for an engineer based in Bangalore. You will work closely with our Hyderabad design office and the Engineering Manager, handling both design work and construction-stage support for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
Structural analysis and design of RCC high-rise and mixed-use buildings (ETABS / SAFE or equivalent)
Coordinate day-to-day with the Hyderabad design team and the Engineering Manager
Attend client, architect and contractor meetings (online and on site)
Visit project sites for structural inspections and checks of work in progress
Verify that executed work complies with approved structural drawings and specifications
Prepare and issue inspection reports, non-conformance notes and site observations
Respond to site RFIs and support the design team on construction-stage queries
Requirements
M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred
5–8 years of experience in structural design of buildings, with high-rise RCC experience
Working knowledge of IS 456, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 875 and related codes
Proficiency in ETABS/SAFE and AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit/BIM is a plus
Construction-stage or site experience — comfortable reading drawings on site and reporting clearly
Good written and spoken communication; able to work independently from home
Based in Bangalore
