What You'll Do:
Support:
Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for deployed automations.
Monitor automation health and ensure SLA and client support commitments are met.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Drive continuous improvements to reduce failures and manual intervention.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Collaborate with business, product, QA, IT, and client teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Development:
Design, develop, and maintain automations using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
Develop supporting programs/scripts using TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Integrate automations with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to reusable automation solutions.
What We're Looking For:
4 years of experience in RPA development, with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
Programming experience in TypeScript and at least one of Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience integrating automation with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Strong problem solving, analytical and debugging skills, with ability to read logs and resolve production issues.
Ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
Good communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with U.S. Mortgage domain applications or workflows.
Interest in AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
