HR RECRUITER – SUPERMARKET CHAIN
Location: Kanchipuram
Industry: Retail / Supermarket
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for all supermarket stores and support functions.
2. Understand store-wise manpower requirements and maintain an updated vacancy tracker.
3. Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals and local networks.
4. Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
5. Coordinate interviews with Store Managers and Department Heads and ensure timely feedback.
6. Manage salary discussion, offer release, candidate follow-up and joining closure.
7. Build and maintain a strong candidate database and ready-to-join talent pool for recurring retail positions.
8. Conduct walk-in interviews and local recruitment drives whenever required.
9. Maintain daily recruitment MIS covering sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and joining status.
10. Achieve defined recruitment targets and TAT, while continuously improving candidate quality and joining conversion.
Preferred: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail / Supermarket / FMCG / Blue-Collar hiring. Good Tamil communication and strong follow-up skills are essential.
