Retail CA Finance Executive (D2C/Fashion Industry)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
Handle tax-related matters and ensure timely compliance.
Qualifications
CA or CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the fashion/retail or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
