Role summary
Lovable is a deeply technical product. Making Lovable the best it can possibly be for our users means deep relationships with the companies building technology that powers and integrates with it — model providers, cloud and infrastructure platforms, developer tools, and the services our users expect to integrate with.
We're hiring a Product Partnership Manager in Stockholm to own that surface. You will source, negotiate, manage, and grow partnerships with the world's leading technology companies to power and integrate with Lovable's product and our business. These are our most technical partnerships: the terms are complex, the integrations are real engineering work, and the decisions you make shape what millions of people can build.
This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of critical partnerships who will be deeply embedded with the product and engineering teams.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years in product partnerships, platform partnerships, or business development, at a software, technology or developer-tools company or adjacent roles/companies
- Commercial depth. You've structured and closed complex technical and commercial agreements, and you know how to work cross-functionally (e.g. PM, Eng, legal and finance) to close them. You have a clear sense of how value flows in both directions.
- Technically credible. While not technical, you can understand and articulate the technology and can hold your own with engineering teams on both sides of the table.
- Relationship range. Comfortable managing working level partner manager to a C-level exec in the same week, and a natural internal collaborator — particularly with PM, where you'll work closely and regularly.
- Data-driven and high agency. You define the metrics, track them, and let them drive prioritization and define partnership success. You have a clear point of view on which partnerships earn Lovable’s trust and which don't.
- Nice to have: a technical or product background — time spent as an engineer, PM, or founder, so you've been on the building side of an integration and not just the deal side. Experience with AI-native products, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems (APIs, webhooks, marketplace listings) is also useful.
What you’ll do
- Own a named portfolio of Lovable's technical partnerships end to end — from sourcing and first conversation through onboarding, ramp, renewal and where applicable GTM motions.
- Negotiate the partnership’s scope and commercial terms, working closely with legal, finance, and product.
- Deliver excellent partner management by run the operating rhythm across your partners: driving business reviews, executive touch points and managing escalations.
- Where applicable, define joint GTM motions with partners — e.g. co-marketing, integration announcements — hand in hand with Lovable's GTM / marketing team.
- Be the internal voice of your partners: surface feedback, blockers, and opportunities that shape Lovable's roadmap, and carry Lovable's priorities into their roadmaps.
- Be a strong voice in the room with product and engineering to influence Lovable's roadmap in the best interests of our users and our partner ecosystem.
