As our Manager, Flight Operations, you will provide primary clinical leadership, overseeing all aspects of staff education, orientation, and development, while maintaining your competencies as a Flight R.N. Every day you will manage scheduling, budgets, and quality indicators, conducting clinical reviews, chairing the Clinical Leadership Team, and performing clinical fly-along shifts. You will also assist the Program Director with staffing needs, conflict management, and ensure policy consistency and safety.
