Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing product operations across the organization. This position leads the planning, execution, and optimization of product processes, ensuring that product strategies are successfully translated into scalable and efficient operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning product roadmaps with operational capabilities, resolving operational risks, and establishing best practices for product delivery. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, improving workflows, and collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and program management teams to drive consistent product outcomes and customer value.
Qualifications
Strong Product Operations expertise, with experience designing and optimizing product processes and frameworks.
Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to lead complex initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform operational and product decisions.
Solid Product Management experience, including roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle management.
Proven leadership experience in a product or operations function, preferably within fintech or technology-driven organizations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes, implement tools, and manage change across diverse teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
