Meta Ads Performance Marketer — United States DTC / Shopify Experience Required

MONOLYFT ARC is a Japan-based fitness lifestyle brand preparing to launch in the US market.
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Performance Marketer / Media Buyer to help us build and manage our paid acquisition strategy from the early stage.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience running Meta Ads for US DTC/e-commerce brands
* Strong experience with Shopify
* Meta Sales/Purchase campaign management
* Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI) setup/auditing
* Campaign strategy, testing and ongoing optimization
* Performance creative testing and recommendations
* Understanding of CPA/CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR and AOV
* Ability to work with a new brand with limited historical purchase data
Experience with apparel, fitness, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
