Senior Architect - BIM/Revit

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Architect to lead design from concept to construction documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver buildable, compliant designs across multiple project types. BIM/Revit is a must, and experience with healthcare projects is a valuable plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design development through detailed design and construction documentation, ensuring design intent, quality, and constructability.
Create and review plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and technical drawings; coordinate with structural, MEPF, interiors, and landscape consultants.
Manage multidisciplinary coordination, resolve design conflicts, and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Contribute to interior planning, finishes, furniture layouts, and space planning when needed.
Present design concepts and progress to clients; lead design reviews and site visits.
Mentor junior architects and support QA/QC of project documentation.
Drive BIM-based modeling, coordination, and documentation across all disciplines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; licensure preferred.
8+ years of professional architecture experience with a track record of leading projects.
Experience in healthcare architecture is an added advantage.
BIM/Revit experience is mandatory; strong capability in multidisciplinary coordination within BIM workflows.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, 3D visualization/rendering tools, and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of building planning, construction methods, materials, and detailing; strong design development and documentation skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management abilities; ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
