HIYDRA Global Secure Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd. is building a professional Cash Management and Secure Logistics organization with a vision to support secure and efficient cash operations across India.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Professional who can provide strategic HR guidance as well as practical HR support for our growing organization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and preferably have exposure to Banking, Finance, Cash Management, Security Services, Logistics or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and workforce planning
• Development and implementation of HR policies and processes
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Employee relations and grievance handling
• Training and development support
• Payroll and HR documentation coordination
• HR compliance and process support
• Multi-state workforce planning and coordination
• Advising management on HR-related matters
• Supporting the company during business expansion across India
• Building a structured and scalable HR system
Candidate Profile
• Experienced HR Professional / HR Advisor
• 2–5+ years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Experience in Banking, Finance, Cash Management, Security, Logistics or similar sectors will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR policies, processes and compliance
• Ability to work independently and advise management
• Experience handling employees or operations across multiple locations/states will be preferred
Location
Pan India opportunity.
Mumbai-based candidates will be preferred.
Engagement
Full-Time / Part-Time / HR Advisory / Consulting — depending on experience, availability and suitability.
