Cybethix is looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven Student Counsellors to join our growing team.
We are looking for individuals who can connect with students, understand their career goals, provide the right guidance, and help them choose suitable cybersecurity learning programs.
💼 Position
Student Counsellor
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Work Mode: Remote / Online
Compensation: Performance-Linked Incentive Structure
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' interests, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
Provide personalized counselling regarding Cybethix's cybersecurity programs.
Explain course curriculum, duration, learning outcomes, fees, and enrollment process.
Follow up with interested students and maintain meaningful communication.
Assist students throughout the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Work towards defined enrollment and performance objectives.
🔹 Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional communication with students and parents.
Strong counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning paths.
Prior experience in student counselling, education, inside sales, tele-calling, or admissions will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge or interest in Cybersecurity / IT will be an added advantage.
