About the role

We’re looking for an experienced developer to support enhancements, fixes, and ongoing development within the FAST GenTax system. This person should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with other developers and participating in code reviews.
What You’ll Do
Analyze, design, code, test, and document software changes
Develop enhancements and fix production issues within the GenTax system
Work with C#, PostgreSQL, and Visual Studio
Implement SQR change requests and track changes through the FAST Central Repository (FCR)
Follow FAST development and programming standards
Participate in code reviews and technical walkthroughs
Work closely with other developers to coordinate changes
Handle assigned work with minimal direct supervision
Must Haves
5+ years of programming experience
2+ years of experience with at least one FAST Enterprises technology, such as:
GenTax
FAST DS-VS
FAST UI-PL
FAST CSE
Strong experience with C#, PostgreSQL, and Visual Studio
Must not have worked directly for FAST Enterprises within the past 6 months
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has solid FAST/GenTax experience, can jump into an existing environment quickly, and is comfortable owning development work from analysis through testing and implementation.
